Frequently Asked Questions

What does vitamin C do?

It is an antioxidant that neutralises the free radicals generated by UV, pollution and blue light — and it works on tone, brightening dullness and fading pigmentation over time.

Which product should I use?

The Vitamin C Serum, in the morning, before your moisturiser and SPF. It is also in the Serum Bundle alongside retinol and hyaluronic acid. For all-round antioxidant defence in a cream, Moisture Cloud.

Morning or night?

Morning — it complements SPF. Sunscreen blocks what it can; vitamin C mops up what gets through.

Can I use it with retinol?

Yes, but split them: vitamin C in the morning, retinol at night. Layering both at once is where irritation starts.
