How do I join the Osmotics Hub?
Create an Osmotics account — that is all there is to it. There is no fee and no separate sign-up: your account is your membership, and 500 points land in your balance right away.
How many points do I earn when I shop?
It depends on your status. Bronze earns 10 points per $1, Silver 12, and Gold 14. A $144 order earns 1,440 points at Bronze and 2,016 at Gold.
How do I reach Silver or Gold?
Status is based on what you spend in a calendar year. Silver starts at $300 and Gold at $700. You do not need to do anything to claim it — your status updates automatically once you cross the threshold.
How long does my status last?
Once you reach a tier you keep it for the rest of that calendar year and the whole of the following year. So qualifying in November earns you status through to the end of the next year, not just a few weeks.
When can I start redeeming?
From 1,000 points, which converts to $10 off. After that it scales: 2,000 points for $20 off, 3,000 for $30 off, and 5,000 for a full-size Anti-Aging Super Serum on us.
Can I use points on a subscription order?
You earn points on every subscription delivery, at the same rate as a one-off order. Points are redeemed against one-off purchases — your subscription already carries its own saving, so the two are kept separate.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your referral link from your Loyalty Hub. Once your friend places their first order, an $18 off coupon is issued to you — there is no limit stated on how many friends you can invite.
