Frequently Asked Questions

What does a serum do that a cream doesn’t?

Concentration and delivery. Serums carry a higher percentage of active in a lighter, faster-absorbing base — they are the workhorses. A moisturiser’s job is largely to hold that in and protect the barrier.

Which serum do I need?

Match it to the problem. Dark spots and dull tone → Vitamin C Serum. Lines, texture and pores → Retinol Serum. Tight, dehydrated skin → Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Lost firmness and facial volume → Lipofill. All-round anti-ageing with hydration → Anti-Aging Super Serum. Want the first three together and cheaper? The Serum Bundle.

Can I use vitamin C and retinol together?

Yes, but most people find it easier to split them: vitamin C in the morning (it complements SPF as an antioxidant), retinol at night (it degrades in sunlight and can sensitise). Introduce one at a time.

What order do I apply them in?

Thinnest to thickest, after cleansing and before moisturiser. Three to four drops for the whole face — more is not better, just more expensive.
