Domestic Shipping & Handling:
We are delighted to offer USPS or UPS as our domestic shipping carriers. The carrier we select is determined by the weight of the package. The shipping method offered will provide the estimated delivery date.
We partner with MyUS.com, a leader in package and mail forwarding. They receive packages on behalf of our shoppers and consolidate merchandise and ship it internationally. They also handle the necessary customs paperwork on each shipment.

1. Register with MyUS.com and receive a U.S. shipping address.
2. Shop osmotics.com, enter your MyUS.com address as the shipping address
3. MyUS.com will forward your items to you anywhere in the world.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Virginia and Washington. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Osmotics purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of your order date and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. We are unable to issue a return on product returned empty. If you purchased a collection, all products within the collection must be returned – partial returns will not be issued. Once your return has been received and process, you will receive a full refund of the cost of your purchase.

Shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns are processed within 3 - 4 business days of receipt. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank’s policies. If an order was purchased with a gift certificate, the refund will be issued as a store credit. We’re unable to refund the original cost of shipping and return shipping. Only products purchased through Osmotics.com may be returned. We are unable to issue a refund for products purchased through one of our retailers. If you purchased products through a retailer, we recommend contacting the retailer and inquire about their return policy.
