Order Placement: All wholesale orders are subject to acceptance by Osmotics Skincare and the availability of the products ordered.
 
Payment Terms: Payment for all wholesale orders must be made in full before the order is shipped. 
 
Shipping: All wholesale orders will be shipped via a reputable carrier
 
Minimum Order Quantity: A minimum order quantity may be required for certain products.

Termination of Agreement: Osmotics Skincare reserves the right to enforce or terminate this agreement and discontinue business with any wholesale partner who violates our terms and conditions or the MAP policy.
 
Wholesale Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy: Osmotics Skincare is committed to ensuring the integrity of its brand and maintaining a fair market for its wholesale partners. To support this goal, Osmotics Skincare has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all of its wholesale partners.
 
MAP Prices:  Wholesale partners are expected to adhere to these MAP prices in all advertisements of Osmotics Skincare products. Wholesale partners must adhere to the established MAP prices in all advertisements, including any advertised discounts or promotions. 
 
 
No Return PolicyAll wholesale orders are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
It is important that you review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that you have selected the correct products, quantities, and specifications.
